Episode 28: Valerie Ayala-Trujillo

Valerie is someone with massive success across all disciplines in ITF Taekwon-Do, particularly as a junior. She has won 7 gold, 6 silver and 14 bronze medals, which is more than some countries have won in their history! As mentioned, Valerie competes and succeeds in multiple disciplines which is something you are seeing less and less of as the overall level increases and it becomes much harder for people to dedicate their time to multiple events so the fact Valerie is able to do so, is another fantastic achievement.
