Ursa is a top competitor in both ITF Taekwon-Do and WAKO Kickboxing. She has been a World and European champion at both senior and junior level. Ursa is currently studying a Masters Degree in sports psychology in Germany. Today I chat to Ursa about her competitive journey, some of the mental ups and downs that go with high level competition, how she balances university and training and much more.
