Adam Shelley is 2 x World Champion and 5 X European Champion in ITF Taekwon-Do as well being 3 x Irish Open Champion in Kickboxing. Adam has recently made the switch to competing in MMA. So today I talk to Adam about how he started martial arts his experience in Taekwon-Do and how he is going about making a successful switch into a new sport.
